Recently, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of the second batch of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Hebei Province that have passed the review. Seven enterprises from our district, namely, Sanmao Electric Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Handan City, Hebei Chuankong Fastening Co., Ltd., Hebei Qiaoji Fastening Co., Ltd., Hebei Jiufu Mining Accessories Co., Ltd., Hebei Yue Tong Fastening Co., Ltd., Hebei Zeyao Electric Accessories Co., Ltd., and Hebei Haotie Railway Equipment Materials Co., Ltd., were included on the list. Currently, our district has recognized a total of 67 provincial "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises, ranking first in the city. "Specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises have the development characteristics of being specialized, refined, distinctive, and having outstanding innovation capabilities. They have long focused on specific markets and have outstanding supporting capabilities, providing important support for the development of the real economy. They are key nodes in the industrial chain and supply chain and an important guarantee for enhancing economic resilience and promoting high-quality development. The District Development and Reform Bureau has made great efforts to promote the high-quality development of industrial enterprises in our district by cultivating and assisting and striving to recognize more "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" and "little giant" enterprises. According to the five-level cultivation work system of "municipal recognition, innovative cultivation, recommendation for provincial recognition, selection as demonstration, and selection as little giant", it actively carries out the cultivation of "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently, 6 enterprises in our district have been recognized as national "little giants" of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, ranking first in the city; 67 enterprises have been recognized as provincial "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative" small and medium-sized enterprises, also ranking first in the city. These enterprises have strong innovation capabilities, distinctive features, and occupy advantageous positions in domestic and provincial specific markets, and have become exemplary benchmarks for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the entire district.
